Shenley Brook End School is a new, attractively designed comprehensive school serving the west flank of Milton Keynes. The school opened in September 1997 with just 120 year eight students on roll and has grown considerably in recent years and will continue to grow each year until it provides 1500 places for students aged 11'18. The school is popular and achieved mathematics and computing status in September 2004. The school encourages involvement in a wide range of complementary activities such as school service, field trips, theatre visits and residential trips to abroad. The school aims to provide pupils with learning opportunities, which go beyond the statutory curriculum. The school aims to provide a calm and orderly environment and works hard to enable every individual to achieve his/her fullest personal and academic potential.
